ProTec Laboratory possesses automated, semi-automated and manual capsule filling options as well as assistance in formulating your own custom product. Our encapsulation department is capable of manufacturing over 12 million capsules per 8 hour shift for your high volume runs.

Capsule and tablet divisions are isolated from all other divisions and each machine has it's own individually controlled dust collection system.

Semi-automatic capsule fillers are available for small to medium sized batches. ProTec offers a completely manual encapsulator for R&D and trial batch sizes. Capsule sizes offered range from size 4 to "00".

Our Quality Assurance Department verifies sanitation logs and weight control. All machines are equipped with capsule polishers that eliminate empty or underweight capsules from the finished product.

ProTec is pleased to announce the recent addition of a Tableting Department to supply you with all of your dose forming needs.
